When reporting a problem, please include your device model, app version, and what happened. Please don't send private journal entries or photos unless they're necessary to explain the issue.

Where is my journal saved?

Your typed writing, notes, and progress are saved on your device. Uploaded photos are stored privately on our hosting platform. There is no cross-device sync.

Can I recover lost entries?

We cannot recover local entries after you clear app storage, delete all local data, or lose access to your device. Keep separate copies of anything important.

How do I turn off AI reflections?

Go to Settings → AI Reflections and withdraw permission. This stops future handwriting submissions to AI; it does not reverse processing that has already happened.

How do I delete my data?

Use Settings → Data & Storage → Delete all data. After the server confirms that access to your uploaded photos has been revoked, the app clears your local data. Revoking access does not permanently erase the stored files. To request permanent removal, email us with the reference code shown during reset.
